Larger enterprise organizations with significant amounts of customer data use Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) to securely transit data from third-party systems into the ethos platform.
Usage
An SFTP endpoint, directory and authentication details will be provided by your Account Manager upon request.
Parameters
The SFTP workflow is built using .CSV as the vehicle for data housing. This mature and robust file format has been proven to allow bulk data transfer at scale.
Your Account Manager will provide a sample .CSV file to allow easy matching of column headers, field names and data types.
